Youth Foundation is
seeking an investment partner in the development of new 3 bedroom
manufactured homes. The Development will consist of 3 to 8 homes,
depending on the site. Christian Youth Foundation has site plans
and is currently in the process of obtaining financing and acquiring
land.

company manufacturing these houses and townhouses will be Silvercrest
Western Homes Corp. Silvercrest is a subsidy of Champion Enterprises,

to provide technical assistance in seeking funds to develop
